Subscription Administration Overview

Subscription Administration essentially involves the following three functions:

• Allocation of licences to users.
• Addition/Modification/Deletion of users.
• Reminding users of their user name and password details*.

* Requests for passwords may come via an email generated by the user seeking the password. When a user enters an incorrect password during the logon process, Cityscope Online gives the option to "Email your subscription administrator for help".
