Subscription Info
On successful validation of your user name and password you will be presented with the Subscription Info screen. Each of the Cityscope areas to which your company subscribes are listed on this screen together with details of when the subscriptions expire and whether or not you have been issued a licence to access the data.
The two columns of particular interest are the "Cityscope" and "Leases" columns. These columns tell you whether or not you have been issued a licence to access the data for these areas. At the bottom of the list of Cityscope areas is a legend explaining what each of the symbols in these columns mean.
![]() |
- this means your company subscribes and you have been allocated a licence. |
![]() |
- this means your company subscribes to this Cityscope area but you have not been allocated a licence. |
![]() |
- Your company does not currently subscribe to this Cityscope area. |
![]() |
- Typically this symbol will be found in the Leases column. It means that this product isn't available. |
This shows who you are currently logged on as. It includes your user display name and your company name.
If you are the subscription administrator for this account the "Subscription Admin" button will also be visible. The "Subscription Admin" button is conveniently available here so the subscription administrator does not need to complete the full logon process to enter administration mode. For more information on subscription administration please refer to the Subscription Admin help page.
When you are ready, click the "Continue with Logon >>" button to proceed to the next screen.
The "what else is there?" hyperlink links through to the Cityscope web site "Areas & Pricing" page. Here you can find a complete list of the areas covered by Cityscope together with the pricing details.

Problems at the Subscription Info screen
If your user name and password are valid but you have not been issued with any licences to access the data, you will not be able to continue with your logon. Instead a message will display saying that you have no current subscriptions and that you should contact your subscription administrator. The only option that you have is to log off.
